This policy explains how Dewdrops & Moonbeam Presents ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you book tickets for RCB Live in Concert — Friendship Day Edition.
When you book a ticket we collect your name, phone number and email address. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers.
We use your details to confirm your booking, send your e-ticket, share important event updates, and respond to support requests.
We share payment information with Razorpay solely to process your transaction. We do not sell your data to third parties.
